Sanjeeda Sheikh is not a new name for Indian television viewers. The talented Sanjeeda Sheikh was a model and dance trainer before she started acting as career. Sanjeeda Sheikh has a long list of Tv serials in which she has worked. She was also seen a few Bollywood and South movies, but she is much familiar for her performance in Tv serials.Sanjeeda Sheikh was a participant of famous Dance Reality Show Nach Baliye 3 with her partner Aamir Ali and they won the Nach Baliye 3 title. She has been also casted for Star Plus upcoming serial ‘Ek Haseena Thi’. Sanjeeda was lastly seen in serial ‘Badalte Rishton Ki Dastaan’of Zee TV and ‘Piya Ka Ghar Pyaara Lage’ of Sahara Tv.This beautiful talented actress belongs to a Muslim family. She is just 29 Years of age and was born on December, 20, 1984 in Kuwait. She did her schooling in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. ‘Kyaa Hoga Nimmo Kaa’ in 2005 was his debut serial. Sanjeeda never thought to opt acting as career, It happened by chance. Ekta Kapoor met her in a party and offered her the role in above serial. So this way Sanjeeda stepped in the world of acting.

Before this, Sanjeeda was helping her friend to run a dance academy. She was teaching fusion dance to the student of this academy.

Sanjeeda Sheikh got married to her long time boyfriend Aamir Ali, who was also her dance partner in Nach Baliye 3. They got married on 2 March, 2012 in Mumbai.Soon Sanjeeda Sheikh will appear in New Star Plus Serial Ek Haseena Thi along with Vatsal Seth. Ek Haseena Thi Serial will be revenge story of a girl, which role has been offered to Sanjeeda Sheikh. This serial is supposed to be quite different from the other drama serials. Sanjeeda has got a perfect chance to show her talent in the serial ‘Ek Haseena Thi’ which was earlier named ‘Daag’.

Marriage

The gorgeous actress Sanjeeda Sheikh married her longtime boyfriend Aamir Ali on March 2, 2012 in Mumbai. The Jodi of Sanjeeda and Aamir participated in Star Plus celebrity dance show Nach Baliye 3 and won the title.

Sanjeeda initially gave a screen-test for Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki on being insisted to act in television by Ekta Kapoor but overtly impressed by Sanjeeda's screen-test, Ekta finalized her as the main lead, Nimmo of Kya Hoga Nimmo Ka. Sanjeeda was appreciated by the critics and the audiences for her portrayal of the sweet, loving, accident-prone, girl next door Nimmo. Post-Kya Hoga Nimmo Ka, Sanjeeda refused conventional characters and wanted to try challenging roles on a condition that there is variety in them. In early 2007, she chose to play the volatile, aggressive and vengeful Ayesha of Kayamath. After Kayamath's role came to an end, Balaji Telefilms asked Sanjeeda to allot dates for another serial of theirs, Kya Dil Mein Hain on 9x. Sanjeeda played the character of Naina Oberoi, a lawyer by profession, but a fun loving, free-spirited and ambitious young woman but the turning point of Sanjeeda's career was Nach Baliye in the year 2007. Sanjeeda with real life beau Aamir Ali participated in the 3rd season of the first and the most popular celebrity dance-based reality show Nach Baliye. Voted as the best couple by audiences all over the world, Aamir and Sanjeeda danced their way to victory outshining the pair of Rakhi Sawant and her then boyfriend Abhishek Avasti on December 22, 2007. After the success of Nach Baliye the couple did and continues to do a lot of stage shows all over India and abroad along with product endorsements and special appearances in television shows. They hosted 8 episodes of Nach Baliye's 4th season. Sanjeeda in the gap shot for UTV's film starring Amitabh Bachchan, Sarika, Dia Mirza, Jimmy Shergill and Shrysh titled Johnny Mastana under the direction of Shoojit Sircar. After a hiatus of one year Sanjeeda returned to television in Cinevistaas Jaane Pehchaane Se Ye Ajnabbi (ended after its 239th episode on September 17, 2010), as the story's female lead Ayesha Sharma and gender-war dance reality show Zara Nachke Dikha's second season, which she eventually won.
