Divya Khosla Kumar is an Indian actress, producer and director. Divya recently debuted as director for a college romance movie called ‘Yaariyan’ that released on 10 January 2014. Divya is also one of the producers of Ranbir Kapoor starrer film Roy.Divya Khosla Kumar is a beautiful actress, producer and director. She has made her directorial debut with college based romantic movie 'Yaariyan'. Apart from directing the film, she has also tried her hand at choreography and has also choreographed five songs in the film including "Baarish", "Maa", "Love me Thoda Aur", "Allahwariyan" and "Zor Lagake". She is one of the producers of Ranbir Kapoor starrer film.Divya Khosla Kumar married Bhushan Kumar in February 2005 at the Maa Vaishno Devi shrine in Katra. Husband Bhushan Kumar has praises for her, as he says that she wanted more precision in the dance choreography and therefore, decided to do them herself. The film stars Himansh Kohli, Rakul Preet Singh, Dev Sharma, Nicole Faria and Shreyas Pardiwalla in lead roles, which promises to be a fun filled college movie. Yaariyan movie is about friendship, trust, patriotism, race attacks and tolerance.

She said, "I wanted to channelise my creativity as well as grow as a person. Directing music videos was a great outlet. I feel that more women should turn directors as they are more sensitive and emotional than men - that's a crucial factor in being a good director. Women are also great multi-taskers and can juggle their roles as wives, mothers and professionals simultaneously, with aplomb.Bhushan Kumar is the Managing Director as well as the Chairman of the Super Cassettes Industries Limited known popularly as T-Series. His father had established this film production and distribution company. Gulshan Kumar died at the age of 41 years on the 5th of May, 1956. At the ripe age of nineteen years, Bhushan Kumar took over the reins of this big company. The company’s core businesses include the production and distribution of CDs, Consumer Electronics, Audio or Video Magnetic Cassettes and Tapesin association with film production. He announced that this year four films will be released under the banner of his company. These films include ‘Aashiqui 2’, ‘Nautanki Saala’, ‘Yaariyaan’ and ‘I Love New York’.

In the year 2001, he produced his very first film, ‘Tum Bin’ which was directed by Anubhav Sinha. This film was a big hit at the box office.

This company has already signed up some reputed directors such as Vikram Bhatt, Milan Luthria and Madhur Bhandarkar. With Vikram Bhatt, T-Series has signed a 5 film deal while with Madhur Bhandarkar the company has signed a 1 film deal.
